Capri intends to implement nonstop flights (under the DOT Part 380 Program) between Fort Myers, FL (RSW) and Green Bay, WI (GRB) as well as between Fort Myers, FL (RSW) and Madison, WI (MSN).

Is this site, or the company, selling tickets?
No. This is a stock offering, and as outlined in the offering memorandum Capri does not intend to file to become a Public Charter Operator with the DOT until 2019.
Do I have to be a Wisconsin Resident?
No. This offering is open to any accredited investor living within the United States.
Do those that invest early get extra dividends?
Though dividends, as outlined in the offering document, formally cannot be awarded until Capri files with the DOT, those investors that invest early will receive an extra set of dividends when they are awarded. The current award schedule FOR EVERY 1,800 SHARES OWNED is as follows:
